Yeti Leads is operated by Yeti Digital Services Ltd., an Alberta corporation. We build lead generation systems for one industry at a time, and tree service is the first. We are not a marketing agency. We are not an online directory. We are not a marketplace. We run ads, capture homeowner requests, and route them to the one tree service in each city paying for them.

Why tree service. Why now.

The residential tree service industry in the United States is a thirty nine billion dollar market growing at three to four percent per year. About one hundred and sixty five thousand active businesses, almost all of them locally owned, one to four trucks, run by people who started as climbers or groundsmen and built a business around the trade.

Most of these contractors get their work from referrals, Google search, and one or two paid lead platforms that have not changed since 2010. Those platforms sell shared leads. The same homeowner gets routed to four or five tree services. The first contractor to answer wins, the rest get charged for nothing.

Yeti Leads exists because exclusive lead generation works better than shared lead generation for both sides. The contractor pays one price for one lead and either closes it or does not. The homeowner gets one call back from one local contractor instead of five. The economics make sense for everybody except the platforms that sell the same lead twice.

What we have not done yet.

We launched in 2026. We do not have ten thousand contractors on the platform. We do not have hundreds of testimonials. We do not have a Forbes write-up or a Y Combinator badge. We are a Alberta corporation building a US-only product, one city at a time, with one founder and one phone number.

Here is what is true. The model works because it is built on math that the lead generation industry has used since the early 2000s: paid acquisition, exclusive routing, posted pricing, written refund terms. The reason exclusive lead products exist is that they consistently produce better economics for both the buyer and the seller than shared products. Yeti Leads is applying that model to a trade vertical where it has been underused.

If you are looking for a lead vendor with a long roster of named contractor partners, we are not that yet. If you are looking for a vendor who will put refund terms in writing, post pricing on the public website, and put one contractor in your city instead of five, we are that.

How are these different from HomeAdvisor leads?
HomeAdvisor and Angi sell the same lead to four or five contractors. By the time you call, the homeowner has already been called twice and already booked someone. We send each lead to one contractor only. The lead is exclusive to you from the moment it hits your phone. We never sell it to a panel, share it with competitors, or send the same homeowner to a second tree service in your city.
What if I get a bad lead?
A lead is refunded (replaced in your package) if the phone number is invalid, if the homeowner asked for a service outside the tree service category, if the address is outside your service area, or if the homeowner has already been sent to you in the past thirty days. A lead is not refunded if the homeowner did not answer, picked a competitor, or decided not to do the work. The full policy is on the pricing page.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There is no annual contract, no monthly fee, no setup cost, no auto-renewal. You buy a package, we deliver the leads in the published window, and you decide whether to buy another. When the package is finished, the relationship is finished unless you reorder.
How do you actually generate the leads?
Paid Google Search ads and paid Facebook ads in your specific city or metro, pointing to a landing page that we build and manage for your service area. The landing page asks the homeowner four questions: name, phone, address, and what they need done. The form sends the answers to your phone. This is not a directory listing or a SEO play. It is paid acquisition done well, at scale, every day.
How long until the first lead arrives?
Total time from signup to first lead is typically seven to ten business days. License verification takes one business day. The confirmation call is scheduled at your convenience. After invoice payment, we spend two to three business days building the Google and Facebook campaign and the landing page for your service area. Once the campaign is live, the first lead typically lands within a week. We do not generate leads before you sign up. There is no warehouse of waiting leads. Every campaign is built fresh for the contractor who paid for it.
How many leads will I really get per week?
It depends on the package. The Starter package delivers about two to three leads per week. The Standard package about three to four. The Pro package about four to five. The Volume package about five per week through twenty weeks. Some weeks will be heavier and some lighter, but the package commits to a total count and a fulfillment window. If we miss the window, the remaining leads are free until the package is complete.
What if I do not close any of the leads?
The honest answer is that we cannot make a lead close. We deliver real homeowner requests for tree service quotes in your service area. Your close rate depends on how fast you call, your pricing, your sales process, and your reputation. If you close thirty percent of twenty leads, that is six new customers from a $1,300 package. If you close fifty percent, ten new customers. If you close zero, something in your sales process needs work and a different lead vendor will not solve it.
